This resonates with me. Making the time to create content (which I love) inside running a tech startup is hugely challenging. I wrote a newsletter consistently for almost 18 months. But, this year since becoming CEO I am smashed by the evening.
I'm learning so much I'd love to share but I am battling to get out content.

By the way, I understand you perfectly when you talk about being a content creator + having a Web 2 job + trying to build a business. I also add that I am a father, so time is valuable and sometimes it is difficult and stressful to do several things, but I always seek to find the balance.

The thing I’m most amazed by is your reply volume. Averaging almost 90 per day is pretty incredible. The results are pretty solid evidence that consistency and graft work though!

A quick question to the community - when should you prioritise the 'content optimisation ' for algorithm over 'content quality' for your brand?
Does focussing ONLY on the content quality help in growth in the long run? 🤔
